Some faint ogham signs are visible on the edge of the western stone.

We visited this place because we were in the area and the OS map showed two red dots.

At Kilcullen South there are two stone rows. One is north of the local road, the other one is south of it.
In this page the south stone row is featured.
The stones are up on a slope in a pasture. From the cattle gate we walked southeast for about 45 metres. There are three stones, two standing and one lying in the grass. The two standing are aligned northeast-southwest (75°-255°), they are 2.90 metres apart and are quite similar in shape and size, the southwestern one being a bit squarer at the top and has an ogham inscription along its east edge.
The inscription reads "LUGUDUC MAQI MAQI OCCI" but the signs are very worn.
The northeast stone is 1.93 metres tall, 37 centimetres wide at the base tapering to 13 centimetres at the top, and 22 centimetres thick at the base.
The second stone is 1.90 metres tall, 46 centimetres wide and only 11 centimetres thick at the base.
Both stones lean to the south by 4.5°.
Looking at the stones from the southeast, the second stone row is visible in the opposite field.
