The standing stone welcomes the visitors to the modern church.

This nice and big standing stone is in the churchyard of the Sacred Heart Church of Darrara, it's kind of a guardian at the entrance of the churchyard and it seems to welcome all visitors and churchgoers.
It's 2.14 metres tall, 1.95 metres wide and only 42 centimetres thick. It's axis is aligned northeast (45°) towards the church.
The presence of a pre-Christian symbol in a Christian environment is an exciting mix. The tall trees next to the stone seem to protect it from the elements.
