From Carrickmacross we took the R178 and arrived to this wedge tomb that is on the side of a country road, 20 metres after the gate of the field.
It is made by two rows of upright stones, 8 stones per row. The two entrance stones are about 1.80 metres tall. All the cairn and all the capstones are missing. The whole monument is about 7 metres long and 3 metres wide, and it is aligned southwest-northeast.
UPDATE: May 26th, 2019 - I couldn't wait to come to this tomb again, it's been a 16 years long waiting, but I made it.

The tomb is 20 metres south-southeast (150°) from the field gate and is aligned northeast-southwest (45°-225°), with the entrance being at the southwest, where two tall portal stones stand upright.
The portal stone at the northwest is 1.85 metres tall, the stone at the southeast is 1.65 metres tall.
The sides of the tomb are two lines of 8 upright stones each set in a decreasing order of height front to back. The monument is 7.60 metres long, 3.10 metres wide at the entrance and 2.90 metres at the rear where some of the cairn is still visible. A large boulder sits on the mound of the remnant of the cairn.
