The second cross in the Slievemore graveyard has been placed on the wall of the graveyard. It's small, with a height of only 46 centimetres, a width of 20 centimetres and a thickness of 12 centimetres. Its arms have a span of 35 centimetres. It faces south-southeast (155°).
What a great day to visit this rugged and wild area of Ireland. We spent the rest of the day in the Deserted Village, then walking on the slopes of Slievemore mountain and visiting the villages of Achill island.
