The well itself, a square hole in the northwest side of the pile of stones.

Off a local road by the N15, in the area of Knockbrack, there's an old signpost to this nice holy well.
From the stile on the side of the local road, the well is about 170 metres north of it.

It might seem that this holy well is in county Sligo, but actually it's still in county Leitrim for just three hundreds metres.
A low pile of stones marks the site, with a small shrine with the statue of St. Patrick on the northeast side of the pile.
The well itself is a square hole on the northwest side of the pile.
The Atlantic Ocean is just 250 metres north of the holy well.

About 200 metres further north is another holy well, Shaver's Well, but we didn't go that far.

Be aware that calves and bullocks can be in the field where this holy well is, and they could be a problem. During our visit one of them proved to be a little too territorial.
