The layout of this church is a bit confusing, partly because of the vegetation that has grown among the ruins, and partly because the different sections of the church lack of continuity, in my opinion.
Some walls of the ruins are propped up with timber planks.
The central part is the nave, but it's completely gone now, and it's been used a burial ground. On its south side there's an arcade with three wonderful arches that leads to the south aisle where a small but nice bullaun stone lies on the ground among other burials.
In the chancel a nice medieval tomb, with a wonderfully ornated slab, is at the foot of the north wall. In the south wall of the chancel is an ogee-headed recess, probably an ambry or more likely a piscina.
Fragments from windows and walls are gathered on the ground to the north of the nave.
In the east end of the graveyard there's also a smal cairn with a white palin Latin cross set on the top.
The church has plenty of stone shelves, typical of churches in this part of the country, where holy statues or vessels were placed on.
The building is aligned to the east (95°).
