The head has an unpierced ring at the intersection of the arms.


This huge and plain cross has been carved from a single granite stone block, and is dedicated to St. Kevin.
It's 3.57 metres tall, the arms open at 1.15 metres, and the shaft measures 43 centimetres in width and 30 centimetres in thickness.
It's aligned east-west (95°-275°).

We came here twice in the past. The first time on July 6th, 1994. The second time on May 20th, 2002.
