On the east face of the south cross there's a second cross carved on its surface.

Two crosses are in the Clondalkin churchyard.
The first one is 83 centimetres tall, 26 centimetres wide and 22 centimetres thick. The arms are 57 centimetres wide, it has no head. On the west face there's a cross inscribed in a circle heavily worn by the elements and time. The diameter of the circle is 28 centimetres.
The stone cross stands on a square stone base which carries the date of 1986.
Because of the strong wind I was unable to take photos of this cross with my red and yellow stick.
The second cross in 16 metres north from here and is 1.71 metres tall, 35 centimetres wide and 22 centimetres thick. The arms are 80 centimetres wide. This cross has a very worn decoration on the east face, an inscribed cross on the head surface.
The coordinates in this page refer to the south cross.
