The stone as it's seen from the road.

This amazing standing stone is in a field only accessible from an adjacent field. I found a cattle gate and from there I walked for 100 metres to southwest through the nearby field and then for further 45 metres to west-northwest up to this stone that has the shape of an anvil.
It's aligned south-north, it's 1.80 metres long, 94 centimetres wide and 1.15 metres tall. On the west side there's a big elliptical hole (35 by 15 centimetres) that goes up and inside the stone for 40 centimetres.
Anyway the whole surface of the stone is furrowed by many wide and deep cracks.
This stone is also known as Fionn McCumhaill's Stone.
