The east wall had a large window.

Just south of the small village of Lisronagh, on the R689, there are a church and a castle not marked on the OSI Map.
This Church of Ireland church is in ruins but still retains a wonderful atmosphere.
Large Gothic windows are in all walls and a beautiful crenellated tower stands at the west end. The tower is empty inside, no stairs, no floors up to the top. Ivy seems to have taken over the ruins on the outside, but the real surprise comes when one tries to walk into the building. A real forest with tall tress and high grass and other plants has grown, it is impossible to make more than a few steps from the west tower.
