Seen from the northwest. This side has a fissure running from top to bottom.


The Rathfraggan Standing Stone is a large block of stone, rather bulky.
It's 1.69 metres tall, 1.12 metres wide at the base and 73 centimetres wide at the top, and it's about 60 centimetres thick.
The main sides are aligned northeast-southwest (55°-235°). The northwest side has a fissure running from top to bottom halfway its width.

The stone leans to the northeast (55°) by 11°.
