The south-southwest (195°) side of the stone.

Between the local road at Cavangarden and the Ardpattan Lough there's this simple standing stone not marked on the OS Map.
It's a rectangular block of stone with its main axis aligned east-southeast to west-northwest (105°-285°).
It's only 1.58 metres tall, but it's 2.38 metres wide and 65 centimetres thick.
The south (195°) face is marked with three thin veinings. On the opposite face the veinings are less clear, but next to the ground there are a few white circular markings.

Another standing stone is about 200 metres east, in the adjacent field.
