The Passage Tomb U is the first thing we saw after the 12 minutes walk from the car park. From the rear it's just a low mound with some kerb stones. It has a diameter of about 15 metres. The mound has an entrance at east-southeast (115°). From the entrance a passage departs towards the centre of the mound where three chambers are. The passage is about 3.80 metres long and 35 centimetres wide and is flanked by upright slabs. The chambers are set in a cruciform arrangement. The one at west-northwest (295°) measures 1 metre of width and length. The chamber at north-northeast (25°) is 1.40 metres wide and 1.05 metres long. The chamber at south-southwest (205°) measures 80 centimetres of width and length. The slab at the bottom of the north-northeast chamber, the one at the bottom of the southwest chamber and the southwest slab of the west-northwest chamber are decorated with concentric circles. We came here for the first time on June 15th, 2001.
