Nothing remains of this holy well along R361, on the border between counties Roscommon and Sligo, if not a sad hand written wooden sign half hidden in the grass.
It is just a hole in the ground, with not a drop of water inside, just nettles.
What a sad view!
To the west of the holy well there's a motte.
