Seen from roughly the south.

As the name suggests, this is the site of an early church believed to be founded by St. Patrick. The church that we see today dates to the 12th century

The church has a simple structure, all walls stand to their full height but the east wall that is missing.
The west gable has a small round-headed window in the lower part and a double round-headed window on the second floor. The entrance is through a semi-arched doorway in the south wall. On the east side of the doorway is a plaque set into the wall. It would bear some symbols and an inscription, but they are both worn out and nearly invisible.
Another lintelled doorway is in the north wall. There's another small round-headed window in the south wall.
All windows are widely splayed on the inside.
Several corbels on the inner walls may suggest that the church had an upper floor.
Fragments from the church have been used in the boundary wall on the north side.
There are some nice headstones in the surrounding graveyard.
