There are two standing stones among the tombs in the graveyard of the church in Culfeightrin. The first one is close to the door of the church, it's 2.95 metres tall, 80 centimetres wide and 75 centimetres thick. What is amazing about this stone is the fact that it has the ability of diverting the compass by about 180° in the range of 40 centimetres from it. It surely has some iron core or, more likely, a magnetic vein inside.
The second standing stone is 20 metres southwest from the first one and its shape is much more irregular. It's 1.60 metres tall, 60 centimetres wide and 80 centimetres thick. This stone has no hidden iron, according to my compass.
