From left to right, a small chapel, a pulpit, St. Declan's statue, the shrine.

This is probably the most relaxing spot we have ever been to so far.
The holy site is very well hidden among the trees, far from anything that might remember the man on earth and with only the sounds of singing birds and the whispering of the wind among the trees.
I think that this is how the world would have been at the dawn of creation.
From the country road there's an 800 metres long dirt path to a large car park, to host a large crowd of visitors, but on the day we came here we were the only two persons around!
The area of the holy well is very well kept, with a shrine, a couple of crosses, a statue of St. Declan to whom the well is dedicated, and statues of Our Lady and Christ.
The shining sun and the blue and clear sky added a lot to this place to make it nearly perfect to our eyes.
